The guy asked for login details so I provided. He confirmed being able to login to the admin area but didn’t respond to a follow-up question. Upon a second contact to them, they never admitted ignoring my previous email. Long story short: my blog post content was gone. Upon contacting them about it, they denied any responsibility and never emailed me back again. These guy operate a very shady business. Needless to say, a refund was requested.

Oxygen is geared more for those who are looking to create new websites, and not for those with existing sites. This could change in time, but that seems to be the case at the moment.
