cons: You need a little bit of simple coding in order to fully utilize the plugin, They claim otherwise but just look at the support topics. Speed performance is low. nothing left to tweak. the plugins load CSS and js in every single page.
support? prepare to wait for some time. prepare to get stuck forever with the constant development and dropping of features, Layout is going to be obsolete now replacing blocks.

previously they had a members feature request, suddenly its missing without any announcement, only show they have no respect for their clients.

i went ahead themeforest template for my case,and setup multisite env.

Hi,
I have been using this plugin for a long time now. I started to use the free verison, but to get the most out of it you need to go for the whloe solution. It is always bad when something which is free starts to cost, however in this case I belive that only using the free type plugin using custom posts you had to be a really good web developer to get it to work. So far I have not had any issuse with the support as it is friendly en helpful. I really recommend this plugin and the solution the offer it makes it easy to be a web developer.

Support is worst.
Whenever you add a support ticket, they force you to hire their developer to do that… They just pretend to solve issue till you don’t hire anyone of them…

I don’t recommend using this plugins. Authors introduce stuff and later discontinue them (Toolset Starter Theme, partial funcionality of Layouts). If you are PRO and get paid for sites you should think twice.
