Check out our plugin though ‘WP Marketing Suite’ , as it allows geo-personalisation, as well as combinging geography with other dimensions to create custom segments.

For example you could create a segment called “Australian Visitors > From Search > On PC” and then create content specifically for them .This is very powerful for woocommerce stores.
